**Our story began with Symmetry Sauna Studio**—a small sauna studio rooted in the belief that wellness starts from within. What began as a simple ritual soon became a calling.

As designers, builders, and practitioners, we set out to create a new kind of sauna experience—one that honors tradition while elevating it through modern space, thoughtful craft, and intentional design. From that foundation, **Symmetry Sauna Studio**: a place to slow down, reset, and reconnect body and mind.

Today, our vision reaches beyond our studios. At Symmetry Sauna we design and build **custom saunas** for homes, hospitality, and wellness spaces—bringing mindful heat, cold, and restoration to more people, in more places.
